Helpful Suggestions and How to Rent
Our talented Costume Coordinators will help you choose a few ensembles to try. This assistance is included in the rental fee. Accessories, hats, gloves, petticoats – any items that complete your look are also included in the final rental price. Please note, specialty accessories and special pieces are available for rent, but they are NOT included in the final rental fee.
Once the fitting ends and you have made your final choices, you will pay for the selected rental garments and accessories. Then, you will either take it with you or come back to collect it the day before your event.
We do all alterations necessary make our costumes as perfect a fit as possible. For our skilled Costumers, time does not play a significant role in their ability to address alterations. If we can make it happen for you, we absolutely will. However, depending on required alterations, there is the possibility of an additional fee for major alterations. Be aware we operate on a first in – first addressed basis for all alterations.
During especially busy times (Halloween, for example), it is always best to shop early. Our inventory goes quickly during said times, so if there is something specific you need, call us or stop by before it’s an emergency. We want you to have everything you need!
Please note, we will NOT let a costume be rented if it does not fit well.

General Rental Information
- Valid ID required
- Credit card, debit, or check is required for deposit
- Three day rental (pick up day prior, day of event, then return day after)
- Final payment must be completed on the same card as the deposit.
Be Aware:
- No refunds and no returns
- No cancellations
- The costume is being held for you – Once a costume is rented it is removed from stock, and cannot be used in other productions. Therefore, there are no cancellations and no refunds on rented items removed from circulation. This is true regardless of whether or not the garment is picked up. Additionally, there are no refunds and no returns for instances when collected rental items are not worn or used. We understand events get cancelled. We also understand events get rained out. Unfortunately, rented garments would still be unavailable for use by others. Once a garment has been rented, it is unavailable for any other client. Therefore, we must acknowledge that through our policies.
Late Fee Policy for Costume Rentals
- A replacement fee 5 times the value of the costume will be charged after something is not returned within 30 days.
- The full rental price will be charged for each day beyond the agreed upon return date.
You will be expected to sign a Rental Agreement whereby you:
…Agree to Rent and Return the costume/articles in good condition on the date determined in the agreement. You agree to pay the deposit value of any lost or damaged items. Likewise, you agree to pay late fees of 100% of the daily rental value for each additional day items are not returned after the determined date in the initial agreement. This applies for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the costume/articles are considered non-returnable. Once this occurs, the deposit is forfeit and we will consider you to have paid for the costume/articles in full.
