Refund and Returns Policy

Listed are the parts of our refund and returns policy. Please call or stop by if you have questions.

Online Sales:

All sales are final

If you have any questions before you make your purchase, please feel free to call and consult us (832)518-5584. We are here to help.

We offer no refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased online.

If you encounter an issue with shipping where we are clearly at fault (i.e., inputting an inaccurate address), we will either refund your purchase or re-ship the item(s) with costs associated falling to us.


In-Store Retail Sales:

All sales are final

We encourage you to come to our shop to discuss your project. A large portion of our time is spent discussing and planning with clients about their available options regarding their specific concerns. We will show you how products work, demonstrate various techniques for using different products, and we will let you test products when we can. We are here to help. Whenever possible, we will make sure you get what you need.

We offer no refunds or returns for in-store purchases.

On unique occasions, when there is a manufacturing issue (i.e., a dry bottle of liquid latex), we will replace the product or exchange it for a viable alternative.

Costume Rentals:

(applies to individual costume rentals for events, parties, etc. – this does not apply to full costume plots rented for theatrical productions)

All rentals are final

We do not refund any rented items that do not get collected or used.

Once a look has been rented, it is removed from stock and becomes unavailable for any other rentals. Because of this, we do not remove items from stock until they are rented.

We also charge an amount agreed upon within the signed rental agreement due to this.

We will hold an item for 24 hours. If it is not collected, it is returned to stock.

There is a required 50% non-refundable deposit for all items held for more than 24 hours.

We can, on a case-by-case basis, remove a look from stock to reserve for a future rental. This requires that the look be rented in full. The required rental fee is non-refundable.

We require a valid ID and credit card number for all rentals. You will be informed of the replacement cost you will be charged should the item(s) be lost or seriously damaged.

We expect a degree of what we call “usage wear-and-tear” for all rentals. Everyone sweats, some events are outside, and accidents happen. The difference between a stain that can be removed and an ink or paint stain that cannot is significant. Similarly, the difference between an easily repaired torn hem and structural damage to material due to negligence is significant. If you have concerns regarding how or where the pieces are to be used, please discuss them with out team. We may provide alternatives and, at the very least, we will outline our concerns so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges (which is rare).
