4oz container of clear gel baseUse this clear gel base to make your own DIY festival glitter gel. Cosmetic glitter sold separately, select the color(s) of your choice. Apply using  brush or our Glitter Silicone Applicator.
Can be used to re hydrate festival glitter gels that may have dried out due to exposure to elements.
