How to apply and remove this paint?

Add water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint onto your tool, rather than spraying the paints with water. Sweep your tool across the Split Cake until you have created a light creamy paste. You want the paint to be fully loaded, but not drippy. Remove paint with soap and water.
