Refund and Returns Policy

Online Sales:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you have any questions at all before you make your purchase, please feel free to call and consult us (832-518-5584) – we’re here to help.

We offer NO Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for products purchased online.

Should there be an issue with Shipping where the fault is clearly ours (like inputting an inaccurate address) – we will either REFUND your purchase or ship the items again at our cost.

In-Store Retails Sales:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We encourage you to come to our facility and discuss your project – the vast majority of our time is spent informing clients about options with regards to their specific concerns – we’ll show you how products work, we’ll demonstrate various techniques in using different products, we’ll let you test products when we can – we’re here to help – whenever possible, we’ll make sure you’re getting what you need.

We offer NO Refunds or Returns on products purchased “In-Store.”

On unique occasions, when it’s clear that there was an issue with the manufactured product (like a dry bottle of liquid latex), we will replace the product or exchange it for a viable alternative.

Costume Rentals:

(this applies to individuals renting costumes for a party or special event – this does NOT apply to full costume plots rented for theatrical productions)

We do NOT refund any rented items that are NOT picked-up or used.

Once a look has been rented and is taken our of stock, it becomes unavailable for any other rentals or for use in theatrical production plots – as such, we do not take items out of stock until they are rented.

We will hold an item for you for “24 Hours” and then it will go back into stock.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all items being held longer than “24 Hours.”

On a case by case basis, we can remove an look from stock and reserve it for a future rental – this requires that the look be rented in full – that rental fee is non-refundable.

Your ID and a Credit Card Number will be taken at the time or rental – you will be given the “replacement” cost that you will be charged should the look you’ve rented be lost or should it incur serious damage.

We estimate and expect what we call “usage wear and tear” on all rentals – we all sweat, some parties are outside (which means dirt, grass, etc.), accidents happen – the difference between a stain that can be removed and an “ink” or “paint” stain that cannot is significant – the difference between a hem that was stepped on and ripped and easily repaired and a rip that occurs to the weave of the fabric due to negligence is significant – if you have any concerns about how or where the look you’re renting is being used, please voice them when your here – we may be able to offer alternatives and, at the very least, we’ll outline our concerns so you won’t be surprised by any unexpected charges (which is rare).
